The activities foreseen will allow participants to develop knowledge about the Erasmus program and improve the international strategy of their school. Moreover, visits to local schools, VET centres, teacher training foundations and hosting
companies can be foreseen according to the interest of participants.

Uniser Teacher Weeks are a new series of thematic training events for teachers and school staff focused on internationalization, innovation, and Erasmus+ project design.
Building on the legacy of Uniser Teacher Week, each edition brings together educators from all over Europe through an exclusive peer learning method that allows participants to:
– get inspired by colleagues and practitioners;
– co-design their next Erasmus+ project;
– connect with new partners and ideas.

Participants engage in interactive labs and workshops to explore innovative teaching practices and learn how to design international projects, including Erasmus+ initiatives. Throughout the programme, participants are inspired by expert talks, take part in field visits, and connect with colleagues from other schools to share best practices. They also have the opportunity to pitch ideas, form partnerships, and build projects that can continue beyond the training weeks.
