Mobility program description

Participants will gain multidimensional insights into vocational education and training, exploring innovative teaching methodologies and curricula. The program features visits to at least two VET centres, enabling teachers to observe classroom dynamics and industry-specific training. Additionally, teachers will engage in on-site visits to two IT distinguished companies, providing a practical lens into current industry demands and practices. To further enrich the professional development experience, participants will also partake in a hands-on workshop titled “Graphic Design Basics for Educators Using Free Software”. This holistic exposure aims to foster cross-cultural learning, enhance teaching quality, and facilitate long-term international collaboration.
